Zoukotel Hotel - Jounieh

This hotel is conveniently located near Northern activities and the airport. Breakfast was decent and the staff was kind. the rooms had amenities like stocked fridges. There was a wood floor in one room and excellent air conditioning in another.

Guests may experience issues with the outdated and worn-down appearance of certain rooms.

I did not like any thing especially thier breakfast which was extremely very bad. My advice is not to stay in this hotel for any reason.

Swimming Pool

Neighbourhood not particularly attractive, but it's well situated if you look for somewhere on your way from Beyrouth to Byblos/Jbeil. Easy access to Jeita grotto.

The people are nice, the pool was good, generally it was calm.

Need improvement for the room (modernization), different kind of food for breakfast.

I recently stayed at Zoukotel for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any issue. The views from the hotel room were absolutely stunning, whether it was the mesmerizing sea or the majestic mountains. The swimming pool was a nice addition, although I wished it was a bit bigger. And the best part? It was surprisingly affordable.

We loved the hotel's great location close to the city center, tourist attractions, and fun activities. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. we had a clean room, and the hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful swimming pool. there was convenient transportation, with bus stops and taxis nearby, and a mini-market at the end of the street for a quick snack or drink.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The staff were very friendly, always with a smile on their faces, and they made us feel like we were part of their family. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, we were only a short walk away from the beach and many restaurants. One of the best things about our stay was the indoor pool, which was the perfect temperature and a great way to escape the cold weather outside.

Our room was a bit old-fashioned and could have used some upgrades. , the Wi-Fi was not very strong and kept cutting out.
